Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 8/1/2020. Golden in colour with a thin, white, head. Light tropical fruit character, a touch of floral hops, rich tea malts and a dryish finish. A bit subdued for a single hop beer.

Aroma: Soft apricot and lemon aroma.
Appearance: Clear golden body with a medium white head that holds well. No visible carbonation. Great lacing.
Taste: Lemon, grass and a slight vinous/vegetable note.
Palate: Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Light carbonation prickle.
Overall: Simple and sessionable. Showcases the Nelson Sauvin hop well. (Try saying those last two sentences quickly after a few pints...)
