Hazy yellow color. The aromas of ripe banana, wheat and bread. Ripe banana, lemon, grapefruit, wheat, clove and pepper in the flavor.

500ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, off-white head. Fruity, wheaty aroma, notes of peach and banana, a bready, malty touch, cautious herbal hoppy overtones, very cautious peppery yeasty flavours, a touch of egg. Taste is moderately sweet wheat malty, fruity, watery hints of banana, peach and red currant, neutral bready substance; dry finish, very smooth and soft palate. Very nice combination of fruit notes; slightly flat and therefore less refreshing than proper for the Hefeweizen-style’s potential.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast. Sourish, yeasty flavour with some hoppy notes. Sour aftertaste. Past BBD but not bad.

1 L bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery, light toasted malty. Bitter and toasted malty. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Dry and bitter, light citric finish.

Draught @ Willinger Brauhaus, In den Kampen 2, Willingen, Hesse, Germany 34508.Murky medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, banana. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110307]

Tap - a very nice banana, clove and peach aroma. Perfect cloudy tan appearance. Flavor is a perfect match to the aroma - only a slight bit on the sweet side. Nice full mouthfeel - almost perfect if it were only a slight bit less sweet.
