Soldekket på Fridtjofen, mens vi planlegger sommertoktet til Hardanger - en 0,5 flaske med lokal cider. Klar, blek strågul med svært kort bruseskum. Deilige epletoner sammen med et hint av kanel og lær. Utmerket drikke i kveldssolen på en av årets vakreste og varmeste kvelder.

Bottle shared in the evening sun with JMD 20.06.21. Clear pale greenish yellow. No head. Refreshing aroma and taste of sour wild apples, cider apples and a hint of sulphur. Good and drinkable! Quite dry.

Sample from bottle at the brewpub / hotel. Pale golden colour, carbonated. Fresh aroma and flavour of eating apples / dessert apples, some sweetness but still quite crisp. Had it with sushi, good combo.
