Mi2 på Cardinal des-19, og vår ruspleie i trygge omgivelser når stadig nye høyder når seremonimester Melberg bærer inn disse voksforseglede flaskene. Nesten helt svart, og nesten uten skum og karbonering, ganske så viskøs. Superfed med bunnsmøring av gamle trebåter ispedd rikelige mengder mørke chokolader, tørkede frukter, vanilje/lactose og svisker. Overraskende slank for sin omdreiningshastighet, så dette er a velvet fist. En kompleks og lekker dessertøl med laang ettersmak.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 02.12.19. Ebony. Brown head is diminishing to nothing. Strong aroma of fine Islay whisky and burnt circuit boards. Excellent taste the same pluss sweet dark malt. Very good! Round and oily mouthfeel with low carbonation.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark brown without any head. Aroma of whisky, notes of caramel. Tastes very sweet. Thin bodied, no carbonation. Finishes sweetly.

500 ml bottle, white waxed top, at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 12.8%. Black colour, thin and small beige head of poor retention. Aroma of peated Islay whisky, tar, iodine, old rope, roast malts. Sweet flavour with plenty of lactose, and peated Islay whisky galore. Notes of tar and roast malts. Only for people with a sweet tooth, who also happen to LOVE heavily peated Islay whisky.
