Vielanker Winterbock, 6,7 %, Flasche von Bierselect.de. - Dunkelrotbraun, trüb. - In der Nase bocktypisch tiefes toastiges und dunkles Malz, satte karamellige Süße, Trockenaprikose und Honig, abgerundet mit milder aber frischer herbal-zitroniger Hopfung. - Antrunk schwer toastig-dunkelmalzig mit runder Karamelsüße, Noten von roten Beeren, Kakao und Waldhonig und feiner herbaler Hopfung mit leichten zitronigen Spitzen. Milder rezent, kremig vollmundig; perfekt kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang runde herbale und fein erdige Hopfenherbe. - Sehr schöner, satt malziger aber nicht plumper, fein gehopfter Bock.
