Bottled. Black colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is toffee, some roasted notes, ashes and mild alcohol to it too. Flavour is ashy, roasted and some mild toffee tones. A bit too much ashes to be really enjoyable.

Bottle 0,5l. Opaque, black colored beer. Aroma of coffee, burnt malt, little sour, some unpleasant notes, too, like fish and burnt... something. Medium bodied, flavor is quite sour, fresh, with burnt malt and grains on background, like a cinder from a fireplace.
Odd, but I enjoyed it.

Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting. Pours mostly clear brown with a creamy tan head. The nose has some charred wood, cocoa, tangy dark fruits. Light sweet flavor with a decent infection, earth, funk, cherries. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. A bit thin. Dry finish, a little woody and buggy, with leathery fruits. Certainly a bit infected but not undrinkable.

Bottle shared at chriso’s winter tasting 8/12/2014. aroma is sweet coco, sour milk, praline, peanut butter. Dark brown / black coloured pour with a fleeting light tan head. Flavour is composed of really tart sour fruit, acid, milky, lactose sugar. Palate is thin, acid, high carbonation. Pretty bad. Lingering nutty praline. .

Bottle at home on 17th November 2014 - gift from friend. Pours sepia-black with tan non-lacing, short-lived and shallow foam. Sweet roastiness in aroma. Burnt, roast malts in-mouth with coffee, nuttiness and spcies blending harmoniously. A touch of citrus. Fruity finish with berries and citrus; roasty nuttiness remaining present. Zingy mouthfeel and lightish body.
