En forfriskende overgæret ”Red Ale” som er let humlet og med en dejlig friskhed. En øl med noter af jordbær, citrus og blomst fra humlen.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A copper colored beer, almost clear, and topped by a small off-white to beige head. Caramel, overripe strawberries, dough and a citrusy hint on the nose. Quite acidic in the mouth, with the same strawberries and dough found in the aroma. Hints of caramel. Medium body, quite fizzy. There’s bitterness in the end, as well as the flavors found in the start. Not a very successful one. 110219

From tap at Black Swan. Pours hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and breadish. Bitter, acidic and berry fruity. Vague mouldy and citric. Bitter and citric. Rather dry and dark malty. Acidic lasting impression. Weird acidic/sourness - almost like an infection and then ultra dry and bitter.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has strong notes of citrusy hops and fruits. The flavor iis sweet with notes of lemon and straw as well as light notes of malt, leading to a bitter and hoppy finish.
