Dan's Stag. Brewhouse. Bristol. Cask. Hazy deep amber beer, thin patchy pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, very modest fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, mildly sweet. Modest winter spice and ripe fruits, vague mulled wine vibe. Dry finish. Slightly odd.

Cask, one-third pint, at King Street Brew House. Unclear red brown body, naked surface, poor lacing. Modest aromas of bread and mid-sweet fruit. Taste of biscuit and dried fruits. Malt-fruity endnotes. Rather thin on the swallow. Accepted. (Bristol 01.05.2017).
