Smoked Bock
2/3 of the grain bill for this one is smoked malt, out of which 2/3 oak, and 1/3 cherry wood. Expect rich dark breadcrust maltiness as well as some candied smoked bacon!

0.5 l bottle shared with little Dina, Mausica and Prof. Prezbelewsky. Clear dark amber, small off-white to tan head. Soft smoked aroma, smoked salmon, malts, caramel, toast and dried fruit. Toasty, coffee, charred wood, toffee, caramel. Quite rich, smooth, drinkable. Soft texture. Dry smokey finish.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep amber/brown pour, one finger creamy beige head, medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, sweet, malty and grassy notes, mild smoked bacon in the background.
Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, slightly fizzy. Sweet malty taste balanced with mild bitter notes in the background. Aroma of toasted caramel, smoked bacon, ripe fruits, grass. Slightly sugary, mild alcohol presence. Sticky. Medium lasting finish, sweet, dry, slightly sticky.
Quite mild but decent nonetheless.

0.5l bottle, but at Ambasada. Lightly hazy brownish body, off-white head. Lightly malty, floral aroma, light smoke, vaguely vegetal. Lightly smokey-meaty malty taste, bit fruity, lightly soapy, some beans, a bit flat, quite okay really.

Bottle, 500 ml at Ambasada. Dark amber to brown with off white head. Malty, caramel, sweetish in the middle, dry bitterish finish. Medium bodied.

Bottled 500ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Darker amber coloured, small to medium sized pale beige head, smoke in the nose. Toasted malt, smoked sausages, bit caramel and some sweet notes in rather dry finish. No real bock character but ok brew.
