Clean Fusion is an innovative hop infusion process developed by our friends at One Drop in Sydney, Australia. v18 is our first trial and focuses on the brewing industry's wider efforts to invent new and effective flavour extraction techniques.
We've utilised a plethora of NZ hops for this: Motueka, Pacific Jade, Nelson and our first use of Nelson Subzero Hopkief from our friend at Freestyle Hops.

Can. Thanks to SirAlex. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. Taster blind with 5 other iPas from Track, Green Cheek, Brujos and Monkish. This stood out. Very skunky, weedy with heavy scents of old bongwater. Leaning towards phenolic. I really didnt appreciate it. 3.0.
