Bottle.Brown colour with a white head.caramel aroma. Swett ccaramel and a little bit roasted. Light bitter finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, clear reddish mahogany with a neat, beige head that looks like what you find on a cappuchino. Weak aroma of roasted malt. Flavour contains notes of roasted malt and caramel, but everything appears rather sloppy and impure. Notes of boiled vegetables. Drinkable, but no great Norwegian Christmas beer. 130106

Bottled. Copper/brown with small, beige head. Malty aroma with a metallic note. Sweet flavor with raisins and hops. A little too thin, and sticky mouthfeel. Light bitterness in finish. (051115)

Just slightly darker (brownish) and less hoppy than Grans Juleøl. Watery mouthfeel. Too low ABV to be a "real" Christmas brew.
