This is a very light straw coloured beer made for a local festival, but was so popular it had to be included as a seasonal beer. A favourite with the younger drinker and in the warm summer months as it is a very light easy drinking refreshing ale.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale amber with a loose white head; fruity aroma; full fruity flavour with a firm fresh bitterness; and a herbal finish. A rather good bitter with lots of taste.

Bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Straw coloured with a decent white head and slight carbonation. Lemon hop aroma with some sweet malts and floral edge. Slightly spicy flavour, with more lemon, peachy yeasts and a dryish finish. Unusual and drinkable.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 08. Slight hazy gold, thin white head. Some decent almond/peach/apricot jam fruit flavour. It’s a little peachy. Good condition. Just a little plain/odd.
