With it's 10,8% abv the Vinkenier might be the strongest bier in our portfolio, it's also the beer with the softest taste.
A good description would be: smooth, finely hopped with a soft smooth aftertase.
Vinkenier is without any doubt the most drinkable beer of our brewery.

Vinkenier is brewed with pilsner malt and a firm dosage of munich malt. This in order to achieve a natural light amber colour.
Thanks to the full malt brews the beer gets its full body, round character.
Because of the mild saturation the beer also gets a nice drinkable touch which one can enjoy for a long time.

Had this from bottle at Vilvordia Bier Proef Festival, Jette, Brussels, Belgium Sat 24th March 2012 with Loz and in company of Simon, Jackie & David Warm gold colour with very little head to speak of. Some alcohol burn on the tongue, however this is quite soft and a little slick in the mouth, touch sweet perhaps. Fruity with just an edge of sourness creeping in. Its ok but to be fair not really as good as I was expecting. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle@home. Clear yellow / golden color, small white head. Smell some fruityness, not much more. Taste light sourness, slight bitterness and some fruits again. Average carbo, medium body. (Note: brewer says the 4,5% ABV version was a tryout!)
