Bottled. Pours orangey with a white head. The hops were mild and the malt was amped up. I liked it since I am not into the overhoppage.

Bottle. Clear pale gold, off-white head. Light malt, floral notes, grains, touch of honey. Okay.

12 oz. Christmas present from Texas. Pours a hazy gold color with an obnoxiously large white head and outstanding retention. This is gonna take a while... Spotty lacing. Faint citrus hops aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Light citrus hops taste mixed with a light yeast finish. Tastes more like a golden ale than a pale ale to me.

Consumed right from a 12 oz bottle at the Austin Airport. OK, could smell anything... The flavor is floral and grassy notes. The hops are held at bay from the malts. Malts are for sure on the English side. Light body with weak bitterness. Decent to have eating an airport brisket sandwich but nothing REAL ordinary.

Bottle, 12oz. A clear, dark golden beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma has piney, citrusy hops and a good dash of malts and some caramel. Too malty I think, but quite pleasant. Some sweetness in the flavor, just enough bitterness to deal with it, and some citrus and pine cones. Medium body, semi-dry and pleasantly carbonated. Some bitterness in the finish too. Overall, a bit malty for me, but it drinks easily and doesn’t taste bad in any way. 130828

12oz bottle - poured a clear copper color with a small head. Not a fan of the hops in this one - a little too much like a skunky lager than a pale ale. So-so.

Draft @ Double Horn Brewing Company. Pours a clear dark gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of caramel and spicy hops. Taste is light bitter and medium sweet. Caramel and spicy floral hops. Medium bodied with a somewhat sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. I’d drink it again.

Cask @ flying saucers eleventeen party. Pours a clear earthy orange with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a good amount of grass with notes of backing hay and dirt. Flavor begins with grass and hay but has a bit of resin that comes out in the finish for some bitterness.

Mild hefig-kerniger Antrunk, spritzig. 6/7/7/7/9/7
