Nice bubbly longlasting head, deep reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, minerals, toasted honey, grass, flowers, red berries, weeds, fruit stones, hay, perfume, sugar, hints of vanilla. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, red berries, sugar, flowers, minerals, fruit stones, berry skin, honey, citrus, hints of sweet vanilla. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

7-5-8-4-16 On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours deep dark red, with no head. Aroma is honey, strawberries, sweet cherries, hibiscus and floral notes, as well as earthy minerals. Full body, with no carbonation. Flavour is sweet notes of honey, strawberries, sweet cherries, musty fruits and floral notes, as well as light notes of fruity tobacco with minerals.
