Cask-conditioned at the Capital Alehouse (downtown), Richmond VA 9/11/2011. Slightly hazy, Deep amber with a moderate, off-white head. Aroma of sweetish malts, citrus fruit and leafy hops. Flavour of cereal malts and hedgerow fruit leading to a decent, bitter finish. Pretty good beer.

Sample at the "Beer Tasting on the Front Porch". The beer is a slightly hazed orange color with a medium thin white head that diminishes to an outer ring quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Floral hops in the nose along with some fruit. Medium body with flavors of citrus, floral hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter hops that linger awhile. Decent overall.

Golden orange color with a thick white head that settles slowly to leave good lacing. Aroma of flowers and pine-sol. Flavor has a bit of metals, but also floral hops and light spice. Nice enough.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Total Wine - Richmond, 7/12/09
Aroma: Floral and fruity hops,
Appearance: Clear golden-orange color, sodt white head, decent lacing
Flavor: Nice hop flavor, on the lighter side, but tasty, subtle spiced malt backing
Palate: Light body and a decent (not great) mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This is a solid IPA, nothing too exciting, but it is pretty drinkable.
