Mahognifarget klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter tung karamell, kandis og noe kaffe. Middels fylde. Maltig smak, noe brent karamell og nøtter. Kort, noe alkohol på slutten.

33cl bottle at Barentz Pub, Longyearbyen. Clear mahogany coloured with a modest, off-white head. Aroma of dark malt, caramel, dark fruits, some roasty notes and hints of spices. Elegant, høy flaske fra polets nettbutikk, delt med Willy på brygga i solnedgangen: flott, kremet skum som varer og dyp brunsvart farge. Mild aroma av mørke maltsorter, litt sjokoilade og et svært diskret humelsnev. Nydelig smak, kremet og balansert med stor og myk munnfølelse. En nydelig øl til en nydelig marskveld.

330ml bottle carried all the way from Vinmonopolet Langnes by Rune. Thanks! Pours a mahogany body with small head. Prunes, figs and caramel, almost like Christmas.Some milk chocolate and plums in flavour. The alcohol is hidden, but in the very finish you actually sense it. I would prefer this beer with food. Stopped regular rating 22nd Oct 2012 so this is one of my occasional ratings. Bottle at Olhallen, Tromso, Saturday 19th January 2013 in the company of Finn & Rune Pours mid-brown, good clarity, sweetish, soft, malty and decent beer. I quite enjoyed this beer a good interpretation of a Bock. A7 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.3
