Cask at PIneapple beer fest. Clear blond/pale yellow colour with no head. Not much aroma. Maybe just a touch of lemon. Tastes nice though. Bit bready and with sweet lemon sherbert element. Medium bodied with no carbonation and a nice bitter finish. Good summer drink probably! --- Beer merged from original tick of Oakleaf Some Are Drinking on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:06 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. GBBF Day 3. Cask. The annual Harrisoni/madmitch76 walkabout. Hazy gold beer, good off white head. Palate is light and fairly crisp. Nice condition. Light dry pale malts. Mild floral bitterness. Modest citrus. Light semi dry finish. Reasonably quaffable thanks to the condition.

Light golden colour. Fairly malty on the nose, but still a bit dull. Toasty with some earthy character. Too dull overall.

(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 7 Aug 2010) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, apricots, pineapple and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, peaches, pineapple and fresh floral hops in the finish. Rather light body, with some sweetness. On the thin side, but really tasty. Quite nice.
