maken van deze Sterke Saison een stevige jongen. Fris en fruitig in de smaak welke zich ontwikkelt naar een mooie droge nasmaak met een duidelijk bittertje.
Een fraaie witte schuimkraag maakt dit fraaie bier af. Dit is pas echt genieten.

Zoetje, kruidig, fruitig en ietwat funky.
Droog en toch een licht zoetje van de kruiden, fruitig met een mooi zacht bittertje.
Iets alcohol warmend, zoetje welke zich ontwikkelt naar een iets duidelijker bittertje.

Bottle at home. Aroma is very spicy, coriander, malt, mustard seed, cardamom, ginger, yeast. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Yikes, way too spiced for my tasty and more of a Tripel than a Saison any way.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange/golden colored brew with an sweet bitter taste, hints of citrus, coriandre and other spices. This Tripel fights its Saison part out, but its almost do it.
Indeed it is not great, but by the time you get to the end of it the bad harsh flavours fade and the true saison flavours are left. Bierkonig ams

Golden colour. Aroma and flavour have a lot of gale and bay leaf. Too herbal. Unpleasant.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Clear golden color, average sized white to off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste malts, sugar, sweetness, herbal, banana. Lots of sugar that’s for sure. Hmm not something I’d quickly drink again.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells banana, wheat, malts, sweet. Tastes rotten banana, sweet, malts. Pretty horrible, but maybe it’s because we just had 4 sourish beers. But I’m pretty sure I’d say the same if this was the first one of tonight. Medium body, soft carbo.

Draft at Haarlem Culinair Specialbier Festival 2016. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of saison yeast, a little pee, Belgian yeast notes, caramel, citrus and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [06/08/16]

On tap at NHBF’16. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of cardamom, coriander, medium sweet, malts, spicy. Flavour is malty, light hoppy, dry, spicy, cardamom, light citrus, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice.
