Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting a small white head. Aroma is dry pithy apple, waxy apple, wood.. Palate is semi sweet, pithy dry apple woody. Flavour is composed of woody tannin. Drying brown sugars.

Tap at the ORB, Darlington. Hazy orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, funk. Taste is tangy, fruity apple, juicy with some farmhouse funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Light golden colour with no head or gas. Really bone dry. Lots of apple tannins. Nice funk too

Box @ Stable, Bristol. Pours clear gold, aroma has pure apple juice, light sour. Taste presents a good pure fruit character with light sour acidity, firm tannins and drying close. Good stuff.

Draft at Churchkey. Hazy pale yellow color, still. Aroma of light apple skin and subtle pear. Taste is tart apple, light citrus. Very much on the dry side, but easy drinking and pleasant.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. 2013 vintage. Slightly hazy apple juice yellow. Aromas of light funk, apples, champagne. Tastes of apples, light floral notes, champagne, white wine. Light body with a dry finish.

Tap @ The Bree Louise. No head. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are very dry with apples and sulphur and notes of wood.
