Bottle. Slightly hazy deep golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, little citric and hops. Flavour is malt, slightly sour, fruit, little acid, hops, little sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. DArk yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Cask condition at Pigs Ear BF 2010. Hazy amber colour with thin beige head. Some rose petal fruit. Bit bland for such a strong beer.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy. orange. Pigs Ear Festival. Hazy amber beer, no real head. Low carbonation, slightly dry palate. Sweetish malt with an undertone of fresh apple and a little orange. The apple feels right here rather than being acetaldehyde. Reasonable well balanced. Not bad.
