Dit licht getinte bier leent zich prima voor een zomers terrasje.
De frisse smaak en het lage alcoholpercentage maken dit een heerlijke dorstlesser.
Bij het inschenken vormt zich een stevige helder witte schuimkraag.

Bottle at home. Aroma of wheat, fruits, lemon peel, coriander, yeast, ginger, spices. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bitter finish. Hint of wheaty sourness. Body is medium. Not a bad Witbier at all, above-average aroma for the style.

Bottle @ home. Clear light golden color, small white to off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell and taste wheat, a slight sweetish hint in the background, lightly straw and a hint of herbs or spices which reminds me of something a little peppery. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Fruity grainy, fruity yeasty, and fruity hoppy aroma, notes of apricot, dried apricot, mirabelle, nectarine, malty basis with a wholemeal biscuit touch. Taste is bitter hoppy, slightly sweet fruity, hints of apricot, dried apricot, minimally spicy yeasty overtones.

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow to pale orange color, full sized fluffy white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is wheat, citrus, quite sweet somehow. Taste wheat, yeast, more herbs or spices, less citrus. Average body, a bit fizzy carbonation. After a while the fizzy carbonation diminishes which makes the beer more pleasant to drink. Up +0.2 points.
