A ‘lager’ type beer, produced from the best malts and hops of cheque origin, fermented and matured at low temperatures. The specific conditions and the rigorous fabrication control give it particular/distinct characteristics such as a pale golden colour, a clean flavour, smooth and aromatic, a light body and a pleasant aroma of hop blossom. Its qualities (light, refreshing and pleasant) make it refreshingly ideal, quenching your thirst, enjoy drinking, making a great accompaniment for all sorts of dishes such as fish and shellfish, meat, poultry, pasta amongst others.

De barril en Machico, Madeira. Dorada clara efervescente y de espuma blanca. Aroma a levadura notas citricas. En boca muy ligera algo aguada. Cereal y citrica, refrescante. Final algo dulzón.

330 ml bottle, from a minimarket in Funchal. ABV is 5.1%. Golden colour, small white head. Fairly malty aroma and flavour, nothing special here, but drinkable.

Can in madeira hotel. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white fizz. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty, green apple, classic lager notes,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, basic malts, some alcohol bite, plastic, green apple. Pretty basic stuff but not too offensive. Palate is semi sweet, fizzy, refreshing.
