Cask at Wellington; dark chestnut brown pour with a bubbly beige head, light roast and coffee aroma, taste has a hint of dark fruit along with, a hint of chocolate, decent mild.

Cask (handpump) @ Wellington (formerly the Cask and Cutler), 1 Henry St, Shalesmoor, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England.Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark roasted, burnt malt, strong coffee. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long long duration, coffee, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100427]

Cask handpull at Wenlock Arms. Roasty toasty aroma. Good choc in mouth. Rather good to be honest. Good choc nice toasty aroma and flavour. Full of flavour.
