(Cask at Strangers’ Bar, The Houses of Parliament, London) Beer was really pale. Aroma was fruity and mild. Based on the aroma I had no high hopes for the taste but luckily I was wrong. Taste was quite pleasant and not only one dimensional. The flavours were hops, mild sweetness, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter.

Half pint, guest ale on cask at The Pembury Tavern. Golden body with a slight haze, Floral-fruity aroma. Lemony-hops and melon (a bit like cantaloup) in taste. Soft bitter ending. Well balanced beverage (12.08.2008).
