Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a snifter. Dark brown with off-white head. Aroma is rich chocolate, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is chocolate, smoke, roasted malt, some herbal hops, and some ash. Good beer, alcohol is well covered, and would have been one of the best I had have if no ash.

Shared at CK with gendv138 and solidfunk. Thanks! Body was a very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma was some peat, smoked malts, touch of dark chocolate and some molasses. Flavor was light smoke, some chocolate, malts. Okay, but this one wasn’t really my thing.

22 oz. bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany), pours black with a small beige / tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, chalk, coffee and milk chocolate. Flavour of coffee, milk chocolate, some chalk, and slight sweetness. Pretty full-on with the flavours though still quite thin-bodied as with most porters. Very enjoyable.

Bottle shared with the Kernel crew. Opaque black beer. Good pale tan head. Very light palate. Starts moderately crisp but turns softer. Clean mild dark malt with an ephemeral floralness. Nice mild hop profile. Mild cream lacto. Traces of coffee and chocolate. Dry finish with more chocolate and coffee.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a dark ruby black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty thick chocolate aroma with some weak hints of licorice. Sweetish malty roasted chocolate and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish with some bitter hints in the aftertaste.
