Appearance: Foggy deep gold with a moderate dense creamy off-white head, that stays. Aroma: Herbs, pepper, pine needles, resin, grapefruit, lemon peel, pale malt. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter. Grapefruit, melon, pine needles, resin. Lingering ending hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Interesting brew.

Tap. Dark gold, clear, normal foam. Aroma: sweet, malt biscuits, lollipops, grapefruit, fruity, slightly herbaceous. Sweetish taste, lollipops, grapefruit, lime zest, cookies, a little grassy hops, needles, normal bitterness.
