Bottled. Brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is nutty, some toffee, pine, caramel, citrus and some slight floral tones. Flavour is toasted, some nutty, toffeeish, mild rye bready and some slight caramel tones. Silky smooth and jampacked with a good body to it.

Bomber from Boise Co-op. Mahogany colored pour, small skin of beige head. Woody, nutty, leathery aroma., tobacco. Taste offers mild sweetness, light roast, nuts, pipe tobacco with a light drying element. Mouth coating, deep.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (01/11/2016) - dark brown coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, toasty, caramel, treacle, brown sugar, dried fruity notes, warming boozy finish.

650 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.7%. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of rich malts and fruity and earthy hops. Medium sweet flavour, malty first, followed by fruity hops and a very resinous and earthy massive bitterness.

2016-09-26: Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy copper with off-white head. Aroma of caramel, dark bread. Tastes sweet with balancing bitterness. Full bodied, bitter finish. Re-rated 2023-09-18: Shared bottle at Cardinal. Pours clear copper with off-white head. Aroma of dark dried fruits, notes of caramel and resin, alcohol. Tastes pretty bitter in the beginning and finishes sweet. Medium bodied, alcoholic warmth, sweet finish.

Fra flaske på DØE Lokomotivhallen mai-16 (dag 2) med Steven: brunrød rav med kort skum. Aroma og smag af malt, urter og sure bær. Molassesødme. Lang eftersmag med god bitterhed.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy nice aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle, 9.7% at KØ16. Mild malty aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small frothy tan head. The flavour is quite malty and has a distinct bitterness. Spicy maltiness, and actually a rough bitterness. Quite bitter and boozy alcohol in the finish.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Hazy brown with a lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit, dark sugar and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 050416
