Unser Hefe Weizen ist eine echte Weißbier-Spezialität und beliebt weit über die Region hinaus. Es wird aus bestem Weizenmalz eingebraut und in traditioneller bayerischer Art warm vergoren. Dabei entwickelt es unter Verwendung unserer obergärigen Hefen, welche aus unserer eigenen Reinzucht stammen, seinen frisch-fruchtigen Weißbier-Charakter.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a huge off-white head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet malty malty combined with notes of wheat. Quite plain. And the body is a bit thin.

Bottle: Pale golden, slightly hazy, smaller, but stable white head; bananas dominate the sweetish-fruity nose; quite sweetish flavour, light to medium-bodied; quick sweet finish with bananas and only a tinge of tartness. Not great, but not unpleasant........

Bottle, 5.3%. Nice banana aroma. Cloudy golden colour, small white head. Nice banana flavour, slightly citric and lemony with a hint of sewer. Good wheat mouthfeel and OK sweetness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear greyish orange - almost muddy - with a neat head. Very fruity aroma and a soft, dry body with lots of fruity banana esters. Discreet, rounding bitterness. One of the better Hefes. 011205

Bottle. Strong banana and clove aroma. Cloudy yellow-tan color with small head. Light wheat malt flavor - slight banana and clove but not near as upfront as the flavor would lead you to think. On the watery side. Pleasant but not enough flavor

Bottled. Cloudy pale orange. Banana aroma. Wonderful soft, firm and balanced maltiness, not overly outspoken esters. esters. Mild finish.
