This pours a hazy yellow gold with another fine 2 finger head of foam.
The smell is malty with some fruitiness and just a touch of hop bitterness. Nice nose and good for the style.
The taste has good caramel maltiness and some light grain, a little fruit, and just a wee bit of citrus hop bitterness just to keep the sweetness in check. Nice taster here and very easy to drink.
Light mouthfeel and lightish carbonation, it finishes with a slight bitterness. Good stuff.
Btw, the foam does a very good job of sticking around and the lacing is pretty good.
Bottom line: Another good brew from Zion. What more can I say? ;^)

Draft at the source. Clear straw color, white head. Aroma of grains, biscuit, mild fruitiness. Taste of grains, biscuit, mild hops. Perhaps some mild altbier characteristics. OK.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, and grass. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and hops, leading to a dry and bitter finish. the body is light.

Bottle 12fl.oz.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sour malt - hay, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101102]

Appearance: Clear yellow/golden with a nice white head and good lacing in the glass, lots of carbonation after it’s been poured
Aroma: Biscuity, malts, grassy and some light citrus
Taste: Malty, bready with some bitterness in the finish
A nice lager. Clean, crisp and easy to drink.

courtesy of wasatch. Pours golden clear, thin white head with some sparse yeast floaters. Aroma , light hops, some faint hints of malt with possibly some spices. Flavor, got an apple fruit mouthfeel, with thin bitter finish, citrus hops.crisp and overall finish keeps the same bitter hoppy profile.

12oz bottle-pours a white head and hazy straw yellow color. (first half pour was clear, second half cloudy) aroma is sweet light malt-some cotton candy, perfumy/fruit hops. Taste is musty malt, chalky/aspirin some home brewish traits. Thanks Wasatch.

Big thanks to douglas88 for giving me this rare brew (five ratings now). Pours gold with almost no head. The aroma is sweet malts, some grain malts and floral hops. I also get some apple and other faint fruity notes. The taste is sweet malty grain cut with mild floral and faint spice hops. Nice session brew.
