Test vom 20.6.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,7,9,7,12,7 - 8,05

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and lacy foamy white head. A bit dusty, moderately sweet, strawy malty aroma with a whiff of lemon/citrus and shy hoppy notes. Solid malty base, slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of sour dough; moderately dry and slightly sweet malty finish with a restrained bitterness. Okay (31.07.08).

Bottle, 5.1%. Malty, papery aroma. Clear golden colour. Semi-stable white head. The flavour is OK malty, low bitterness and a little white bread. Clean, but not cleansing.
