Zu kalt gezapftes, sehr bananiges Weizen. Hefig bleibend, wenig bitter, verschiedene andere Fruchtnoten erscheinen in geringer Intensität. Süffig, die Bananigkeit nimmt mit der Zeit ab, herber. OK. 12/8/10/9//9

0.3 Litre at the BrewPub on 11 Sep 2013. Pours a cloudy, murky light brown: white head with a good creamy texture. I like Hefeweizen that have a banana feel to them: this fitted in well. The beer had a banana and vanilla nose/taste and I enjoyed the whole thing, some mild citrusy notes were also noticeable in the flavour as the beer warmed a little in the glass. Refreshing and true to style.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy, golden-amber colour with a big, white head in the weizen glass. Very nice. Fruity aroma with banana, clove, yeasts, wheat malts and a rather fresh citrus or lemon note. Some herbal hops. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet, spicy and fruity. Nice weizen, that lemon/citrus note lifts this beer from being average.

Draught at the brauhaus
Muddy blond color; creamy head. The aroma is a bit smelly, of stale water. The mouthfeel is dry; wheat flavor, a bit spicy, with a light lemony character. Correct bitterness. Refreshing.
