On tap. Hazy golden with a massive shaving foam style white head with good retention - looks like whipped cream out of a can! Somewhat dry and citrusy aroma with some yeast. Medium body, dry fruit, citrus and yeast with a distinct, astringent bitterness. 141210

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear - hazy medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grapefruit, peach, moderate yeasty, overriped orange - mandarin. Flavor is moderate to heaavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, yeasty, peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101024]

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit - especially peaches and lighter notes of hops and strawberries. The flavor is sweet and very fruity and yeasty combined with medium notes of coriander and other spices, leading to a very dry , spicy, and bitter finish. Reminds me more of a Belgian Ale, than an IPA.

From tap at MikkellerBar. Pours hazy orange with a dense and white head. Aroma is peachy and citrusy. Peachy and citrusy. Crisp hoppy, slight leathery and bone dry. Crisp bitter dry finish with a persisting peachy hoppy note.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear straw color with a medium bubbly white head that evaporates steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is hoppy and somewhat yeasty at the same time. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, yeast and malt. The finish is hoppy at first and leaves a sweet fruity aftertaste. Decent hybrid overall.

On tap at Blue Palms (Listed as Pizza Port San Clemente Bizon Belgian IPA). Pours with a just hazed golden body and a large white head that leaves some pretty solid lacing. Aroma is floral (belgian yeast), and citrus. Nice hoppy and bready presence. Taste is pineapple, bready, floral, citrus and lavender. Super dry finish with some banana notes. Lively bubbles, dry, grainy and bitter.
