Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a one finger tall tan head of decent retention. Aroma: Almonds / marzipan, dark malts, chocolate, distant esters,. Taste: Moderately sweet and bitter. Roasted barley, Dark chocolate & coffee, almonds, hop. Mouth feel: Full body, soft carbonation. Summary: Nice.

Tap. Dark brown, almost black. Aroma: amaretto, bitter almonds, sour plums, chocolate, caramel, liqueur. Sweet taste, amaretto liqueur, toffee, dark chocolate with almonds, light bitterness.
