On tap. Hazy, dark amber with a small off-white head. Sweet caramellish nose. Medium-bodied, sweetish caramel, a little roasted, a little yeast and a late whiff of phenols and British hops. The finish is dry with a good - if somewhat unrefined - bitterness. 141210

Glad to see this has been added to the site. Found it by accident at the Café on 24.09.2010, walking away from Nørrebro Bryghus that was closed on a Sunday (and I’ve been told that it works, ah well), taking a random glance through their window.and seeing a tap I didn’t recognize at all. Cool. Poured a hazy ruby red body with an off white head that went away slow. Slightly sticky malty nose, strawberry?, caramel. Malt dominated taste, more fruit and caramel, some brittle. Weak bitter aftertaste, if that, maybe some alcohol, but I wasn’t sure. IPA? Not really. A solid, quite drinkable beer.
