Bottle. Loved this beer. Nice flavor, like the subtle hops with the perfectly roasted malt taste. Nice amber color. Balanced aroma. Good beer.

Pours a crystal clear orange-bronze color with a huge beige head and annoyingly great retention. Great lacing too. Soft hops aroma. Lots of streaming bubbles. Light caramel flavor, light hops bitterness and a slightly aggressive finish common with many amber ales. No smoky flavor. Not much of an Irish ale. Crisp mouthfeel. Medium body.

A great example of an Irish red ale. Irish red is one of my favorite styles and this beer is excellent. Floral hop aroma. Taste balances the sweetness and caramel malt flavor with just enough hops, not overly sweet or overly bitter. Floral hop crispness and dry at the end.. Gets sweeter as it warms up.

Keg at Craft Conundrum, Charleston, 18/02/15. Reddish amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is caramel, buttery notes, sweet tunes, light malt. Taste comrpises apple notes, caramel, straw, faint biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

Bottled (backlog, Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm). Reddish amber colour with a small slightly off-white fluffy head. Aroma is some caramel malts, mild earthy notes, a bit "hard water" as well as some slight floral and grassy notes. Flavour is similar, but has a quite strong and crispy maltiness to it. Mild toastednotes in it as well.

Bottle: Slightly hazed amber/orange with a creamy tan head. Aroma of sweet grain, strawberry, toffee.... Taste is creamy toffee malt, light fruit, toasty malts. Sweet and fruity. Very pleasant.

Bottle. Clear amber in colour, with a slight, white head. Sweet and slightly spicy, with a moderately bitter finish. So so.
