Bottle shared. Very hazy amber with a small cream head. Aroma of orange peel, caramel malt, citrus and a light smokey strange off note. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [31/07/2016]

Draught as part of a flight at the brewery bar (Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven) on December 11, 2015. Stated to be 7.5% ABV.Sold as one of the brewery’s own beers, but as of info from RB user Benzai was told this should be rated under Brasserie Bours, and the Euforie 2.Clear dark amber to brown color, off-white to teal head, plenty of lacing on the glass. Malty, some bread crust, mineral, bitter, pith taste. Citrus aftertaste, some resin. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium though dry, bitterness. Citrus, caramel, a bit alcohol scent, also some green like hops. For me would benefit from using less early hops in the boil and more later on, also likely for my taste to dry hop (more) to get a fresher hop character. The rather dry bitterness might come from a high sulfate concentration in the water, puts me off some.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. A little hazy amber color, medium to full sized off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is decently malty and decently hoppy with some fruityness, but not really convincing imo. Flavor supports that idea, although the label says it is intended as a "mild IPA" so it shouldn’t be a total surprise both the aroma and flavor are not very outspoken. When you see this beer as a session IPA with a very high -and for that style way too high- ABV it is pretty useful.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy amber with a medium sized off-white head. Smells hops, sweet, slightly fruity, subtle. Tastes sweetish, hops, malts, nothing crazy. Easily drinkable, but at the same time (maybe inevitably) a bit boring. Not much wrong with it though. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.
