Draft. Amber body with a short, off-white head. Aroma of bread, cookie, caramel, floral hops, light dough. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Average.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a light red body with a two and half finger head. Some carbonation is seen rising.
The smell had some light caramel, malts, slight subdued weird \"cherry\" (I wonder where that is coming from).
The taste had a sweet combination through previously mentioned flavors.
On the palate, it sat at/about a light to medium, sessionable. Carbonation is slightly felt.
Overall, this is a standard Vienna Lager other than the smell. Ill come back to when I find it fresher.

Backlog, from notes. Bottle bought @ the brewpub in Phoenix, AZ, enjoyed 13 June 2001 in the Gila National Forest. Amber color, caramel and malts in the aroma, mild sweet flavor. Decent, but not memorable.

Tap - hazy amber - very unclean nose and flavor - a lot of huskiness, vegetal notes and mild diacetyl - some toasty grains and a mild hop bite on the end - rough and tough to enjoy.

Hazy amber beer, tidy small white head. Light orange on the nose. Crispy palate. Semi dry malt and fresh marmalade orange hops. Malt turns creamy before the finish which has more fresh orange. Nice!

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly cloudy amber with about a half finger of off-white head. Aroma of caramel and herbal hops. Taste is light bitter. Caramel and herbs. Medium bodied with a somewhat watery texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. I would drink it again but not seek it out.

12oz bottle. Poured a red-amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was a slightly nutty, malty one. Flavor was caramel notes, malts, a touch of grain. An okay brew.
