Thanks Bruno for this beer. I am not a fan of smocked beer, but this one is well balanced, smocked, apricot notes, malt, hop, good job, 24.02.17, at Prélaz.

Equilibrata, molto buona. 18.01.19

33cl bottle from a trade with anstei, thanks! A clear amber beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of smoked malt, bacon, red malt, caramel. Taste of mild smoked and caramelish malt, red malt, nuts, some bacon, good stuff!

At a tasting, small creamy head, slightly murky dark orange color, aroma of biscuit and not too intense smoked meat, with some caramel, flavor of caramel, smoke and biscuit, a bit too sweet. Fair but not too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Alexey. As Jorat L’Ambrée. Hazy deep golden. Nice smoky aroma, kinda meaty, with some caramel. Sweet flavor with caramel, smoked sausages, and an alcoholic note. Medium-bodied. A bit too sweet, but still pretty nice.

Bottle from Drinks of the World. Pours amber. Some warm smoke notes in the nose. Malt-intense taste, but not sweet or heavy, still fizzingly refreshing in a smoky way. Nice, but not outstanding.
