Rating this off a recent large format that I drank at the Indian place down the street in Hoboken. Surrised I've never rated this before, as I tend to consume one every so often with Indian. It's solid or better as far as adjunct lager goes. Another way to say it's a poor beer, but not a terrible one.

Giant bottle at a local Indian restaurant. Clear pale yellow color, white coca cola head. Aroma of corn flakes. Taste is weak straw. Safer than the water.

12oz bottle from an Indian store in Rochester, NY. Straw with a ring of white head; some spicy hops on the aroma; full bodied with a sweet rice grain taste; and a clean finish. Much better than expected.

I had this bottle poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was basically a clear yellow color with a softly rising carbonation trying to fill a rapidly dissipating head that didn’t leave any lacing.
The smell tried to have a sweet malt running all over, but it basically just came to me as sweetened corn and a little grassy.
The taste was mainly sweet and had the grassiness come back. There was a sweet dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat pretty light and sessionable and the carbonation seems to sit exactly right for a pale lager.
Overall, not a bad beer, but nothing over the top. I say its worthy of coming back to.

From a 22 oz bottle served at an Indian restaurant. Clear pale gold pour with a white head. Indistinct grain aroma. Light flavor with high carbonation. Good for washing down spicy Indian fare.

Lys gul, kan kjenne malten i lukten. Ellers er det lite å si om denne vannaktige vesken. Lite kullsyre.

En lettdrikkelig øl, som jeg ikke har så mye å skrive om. Medium kullsyre. Smaker mye vann.

.330 bottle brought from Kilpisjärvi and shared at Porcelain Jubilee Session 210512. Clear very light yellow body with miniscule white head. No lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, yeast and dried bread. Flavour is similar, but very weak. Combined with the thin and very watered feeling in the mouth it provides a thoroughly unpleasant drinking experience.

330ml bottle sampled at Beer Session 21.05.12. Clear yellow body. Bread, dough and notes of yeast, some celery, herbs and hint of banana. Nothing to remember.

Piss poor pale lager from India. Aroma will tell you something is wrong from the start, musty, sour, citrus, cereal. Appearance is as expected for a lager. Taste again is sour, musty, corn, and overall watery mouthfeel. Lingering taste is not pleasant. Thumbs down.
