Tap. Hazy brownish-gold, yellowish foam. Aroma: a lot of ginger, sweet honey and spicy, anise, ginger tincture. Taste: ginger tincture on alcohol, hay, apple, a little anise, apple moonshine, sugary, wood, very warming (both ginger and alcohol), good for winter.
