12 oz can (if I remember correctly) at the Park City location. Pours a mostly clear golden with a white head. Yeasty pale malt aroma. Flavor has yeasty pear, green grape, and pale malt. This is a pretty nice one.

Perfectly clear golden and peach coloured body with barely a thin, pure white head that shows up on top somehow and fades away a few seconds later - oddly small. Aroma of deep pungent yeast, flowers, alcohol, candy sugar, bubble gum and some deep coriander seed freshness - strong throughout. Full-bodied; Very rich malt notes hit hard along with the pungent belgian yeast notes with a good deal of alcohol and pure sweetness from bananas and candy sugar coupled with some spicy elements of the coriander seed and cloves, plus the spicey yeast qualities. Aftertaste shows the rich malts and yeast stronger than most else with the sugars and spices also showing through, but the body remains deep and strong throughout and while not difficult to get down, definitely shows the quality of the Belgian Tripel and hits the notes that the style should have. Overall, a nice and respectable beer for the style with a ton of flavours, most of the good and deep with an assertive amount of both body and alcohol - both of which show through more than the other characteristics and remain throughout. Good to sample while in town, even though it was from a can I had to pour myself. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased at the Squatter's BrewPub in [downtown] Salt Lake City, Utah on 04-August-2020 for US$6,00.

355ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Mild, sweet aroma of toasted bready malt, Belgian yeast, banana, bubble gum, apricot and clove. Sweet flavour of bready malt, Belgian yeast, peach, apricot, banana, bubble gum, pineapple and clove in a dry finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty, easy to drink.

12oz bottle. A pretty decent beer, more like a US beer than a Belgian though, has none of the Belgian effervescent mouthfeel. Sweet golden malt backdrop, pleasant hop balance, restrained though present yeast tones. Pretty enjoyable overall, but not as much depth or finesse as a good Belgian example.

Bottle. Hazy gold color, medium fluffy white head. Aroma of rising bread dough, banana, light spice. Taste is bready, spiced, light summer fruit. Not bad.
