Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, golden, very small foamy layer; buttery-chalky (diacetyl?) nose with a yeast and a light hoppyness in the background; light sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; buttery-fruity, slightly sourish and bitter finish. A bit too old...?

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized of-white foamy head. Sweet and yeasty, moderately wheaty aroma with notes of apricot, banana and a milky touch. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Yeasty, cara-malty and slightly wheaty taste with fruity notes of mostly banana and shy spicy notes; moderately sweet and mildly acidic finish. Not the typical Weizen, but a likeable one. 14.XII.09

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy orange colour. Good stable white head. OK spicy aroma. The flavour is slightly sweet with a hint of spicy. Slightly high bitterness.

Swing-top bottle. Sour milk, banana, lemon, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow brown color with moderate head. Sweet banana, clove, and wheat malt flavor. Nicely blended. Moderate carbonation. Very nice - an excellent Hefe.

Süffig, leicht muffig, nur leicht hefig. Im Mittelteil un auch im ABgang eher wässrig, die Hefigkeit nimmt ab, erfrischend aber lasch. Zuletzt leicht bitter. Kann mich nicht überzeugen. Test vom 20.5.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,7,8,7,-,7 - 7,47
