330ml can. Darkest brown colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slowly evolving, sweet-ish, roasty, chocolately, dark malty and nutty aroma, notes of cocoa, a touch of vanilla and coconut, toasted coconut, whiffs of coffee. Taste is sweet-ish, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, nutty, notes of cocoa, some coconut, toasted coconut, vanilla, a touch of coffee, dark honey, unobtrusive hoppy counterpart. Creamy, viscous texture, smooth, super-soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft carbonaion. Nice composition, well balanced, not overdone, neither too much vanilla nor coconut, especially the toasty coconut flavours match very well, not many hints of fresh pith - very good!

330ml can. Clear dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, coconut, dark malts. Taste is bittersweet, rich, dark chocolate, caramel, coconut, vanilla, dark and roast malts. Medium bodied, smooth. Nicely balanced and feels true to style even with the adjuncts.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Cloin. Pour clear brown with a frothy, tan head. Holds notes of toasted brown bread, brown sugar, low bitterness, mellow roast, cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary toasted malts in the finish. Tasty beer.

Toranomon summer tasting. Dark brown pour, some light brown foam. Dusty nose, cocoa, dark chocolate, lightly bitter. Tastes bitter and cocoa focused, good dusty bitterness, sweet but dry edge there. Bitter dark chocolate. Lightly dark fruits, sweetish. Pretty good actually, liking this quite a lot.

Nice sweet malty nose with nice nibs character in the nose. Lighter body than expected, smooth with good nibs character. Rounded. Alcohol well hidden, but still a bit, and just a bit, one dimensional. Not bad
