Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color. Light aroma, a bit citrusy. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with a mild but refreshing malt flavor, and a delicate, citrusy fruit note. Good bitterness level; the hop doesn’t have strong noble qualities, but it’s a bit creamy. Solid, very pleasant Kölsch.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild fruity aroma, hint of a good rough hoppiness. Hazy golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour starts off fruity, turning a little citric. I suppose this is supposed to be K¡ˆlsch style, but it is not as clean as the originals. Not bad, though.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a dense off-white head. The aroma is sweet with a very fresh hoppy note combined with notes of citrus and a touch of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes fo straw, hay, and citrusy hops, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Very refreshing.
