Appearance: Cloudy deep golden, moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Citrus peel, mandarine, walnut, biscuit malt, pleasant esters, Taste: Light to medium sweet and bitter. Candied citrus, honey, walnut, grapefruit hop in the ending. Moderate hopping. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, average carbonation. Overall: Controversial. Nice citrus vs. aged malt and unsufficient as IPA hopping.
