Can 440ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Garage Silver Peel ].Clear light to medium red colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, fruity - berry, red fruit - red berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, fruity - berry, tart, wheat, red fruit - red berries, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180707] 6-3-6-3-12

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Stas & Max. Slightly hazy reddish orange. Sulphur, yeasty, berry, lacto, juicy, tart. Nice and refreshing.

Keg at GBBF'18, day 1, 07/08/17. Reddish orange with a decent light crimson covering. Nose is tangy berry skins, funk, lemon rind, damp hay. Taste comprises citric pith, berry pips, raspberry tang, damp wood, hay bale, grains, light acidic flicker. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced pucker. Decent fruited Linner.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A light hazed bright orange pink head. Flavour is composed sour tart grapefruit, and blood orange. Peach. Light slat. Aroma is sharp grapefruit, blood orange,. Palate is super sharp, lemon, pithy, highish carbonation. Good. Stuff.

GBBF Day 1. Keg. Hazy pinky red beer, small peach colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Dry seltzer and mildly tart berry fruits. Little candy berry fruits. Light dry crisp finish. Easy going. Mostly.

40cl can bought on location at Garage Beer Co. Canned 27/4/18. BB 27/4/19. Rosé-acajou, col blanc assez conséquent retombant rapidement. Arôme montre d'emblée des effluves plaisantes de fruits rouges dont des effluves de cerises - framboises dont un léger effet citrique de Berliner en retrait. Palais marque de suite un effet acidulé de Berliner sur un léger fruité rouge - ressent une acidité et note terreuse de la framboise. Pointe acidité de mûre et rondeur de cerise, léger côté tannique. Palais conserve une petite épaisseur au niveau des grains - malt pils - dont un côté citronné des houblons? Sur la fin, je note un effet un peu cerise de pâtissier Légère et facile à boire, à condition d'aimer l'acidité. Une bière ok en 33cl, un peu trop en 40cl.

440ml can @PBF XII. Poured light red in color with a thin white head. Red berries, sourness, mild acidic. Strawberry, cherry wibes. Refreshing, well made Berliner weisse.

Canned at PBF XII. Bright pink with fizzy pink head. Aroma of mixed fruit children soda. Sweet and sour with light-medium body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Strawberry bubblegum with citric acid. No bitterness. Pure sour lemonade.
