Bottle at the JimGreen tasting, Den Haag, December 2017. Poured a hazy orange amber with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is malt, orange citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a fresh crisp dry biscuit malt, tart fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Sampled from can at jim is back xmas tasting. Hazy pink, no head. Big grapefruit, rosebud jam. Light sweet and quite sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Can at Jim’s back tasting! Very murky dark pink with almost no head. Raspberries, soft dough, strawberry jelly, sour grains, soft lactic notes, a bit of herbs, red currants. Medium sour and light bitter. Under medium bodied. Quite nice.

8 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared at the pre-Christmas tasting with JimGreenuk. Cloudy pink with a small white head. Aroma of red berries, mineral notes, wheat and citrus. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate sour. Light to light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy pink . Small white head. Smell Is full, juicy, almost soapy in a good way. Taste is very dry, some fruits. Mild lactic sourness low carbo. Tad to dry for my personal preference, yet solid as a beer in general.

Huge fizzy-creamy longlasting head, nice hazy orangy color. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, red berries, minerals, paper, hay, flowers, grass, cereal, cardboard. Taste is sour-ish fruity, sour red berries, soda powder, berry skin, minerals, fruit salt, sorrel, hay, grass. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Draft - Stawberry and a light sourness. Cloudy pink with a decent white head. Light acidity, touch of cheesy notes and some berry. The cheesy note, which may be the berry, throws off what may have been something really nice.
