Nel bicchiere appare opalescente, di color dorato carico; l’olfatto presenta le tipiche note delle Blanche/Wit belghe, con classici sentori agrumati, di coriandolo e di crosta di pane.
In bocca ha un ingresso morbido, che viene presto alleggerito da una piacevole freschezza acidula, che dona grande equilibrio, contrastando la dolcezza del cereale. Birra molto fresca, estiva, ma anche molto elegante, fine, di bella presenza retrolfattiva.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa e importante. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale, con continuità sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma porta sentori di miele, pane, frumento, cereali, agrumi e arancia.

Bottled 750ml. -from Eataly Trieste, shared with Marko & hrabren. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, coriander and oranges in the nose. Milky, coriander, light spicy and floral taste with notes of candy oranges and some herbal touch in the finish. No Runa stated on the label (paper wrap).

0.75 l bottle from Eataly, Trieste, shared with Ogi and Marko. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Aroma is intense floral, perfumy. Chamomile. Coriander. Grainy background. A touch of bubblegum in the flavour, banana, corriander, floral. Malty, sweet with a tart lemony note. Quite smooth. Too sweet. A phenolic spicy touch in the back. Mineral. Light dry finish. A bit thin.

0.75l bottle, Montegioco Bianca, 5%, courtesy of Ogi, shared with Hrabren as well. Murky ochre body, white head going away fast. Yeasty aroma, cookie-vanilla, coriander, herbal. Lean, dry taste, wheaty, cleanly yeasty, some citric touches, that's basicaly it. Bit empty, soft, flat, but drinkable. Decent really.

Tap at So Good in Rome. Hazy apricot skin pour (cloudy), little white foam not persistent. Nose: fruit pulp, soft wheat with peppery-coriander overall. Mouth: more wheat feel, banana, soft carbonation and coriander.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, light hoppy, citrus - lemon - orange peel, moderate yeasty, overriped apple, yeast, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, citrus, apricot. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Clear golden with a huge off white head. Aroma had wheat and yeasty notes. Flavor had orange peel, coriander and wheat. Finished dry.
