50 cl ceramic bottle from BevMo Salinas. Nose of sweet honey, cloves, yeast, and corriander. lightly hazy yellow orange with a big pale yellow head that lightly laces. Flavor was lightly sweet, yeasty, and background spices with very light bitterness in the finish. Decent BSA and inexpensive too!

Hazy light amber color. A bit malty, quite sweet flavor, low bitterness, not much character. Not bad, but too easy.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of sweet Belgian style malt with some fuse alcohol also noticeable. Taste is also somewhat one-dimensional with some discernable alcohol and some overly sweet Belgian style malt. I thought it was lacing some ester or some yeast character too be truly engaging. Not bad but not something I would go out of my way to try again.

Clear golden amber body with a larfe frothy white head that persists. Caramel, fruity malts, spice, and light yeasty aroma. Very yeasty and caramelized flavor, slight stale hops, light candi sugar and some slight honey. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

2007 bottle marked as best by 09/11/11. Aroma is moderate citrus hops with some raisin, pear and champagne and yeast. Pours with absolutely no head whatsoever. Honey colored and a dash hazy. The taste is sweet and fruity, a tad bit of mead flavor. Goes down like cream with very soft carbonation. Not bad and quite potent.

Pours bright gold into a Trappist glass. Shite micro head recedes to skim surface with spider lacing. Sour fruit aromas. Crisp caramel with slight sour fruit funk. Lasting sourdough finish.

Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing this one at the Nashville Tasting. Pours with a small, dissipating head over a golden colored brew. Faint spicy malt aroma. Lightly sweet flavor but very one-dimensional for a beer from Belgium. Watery and thin.

Bottle. Amber golden beer with a white head. Spicy, yeasty, sweet malt aroma with a bit of lemon. Yeasty, spicy flavor with some caramel malt backing. Nice balance. Easy drinking.
